I was unsure how effective this coaching would be for me. I thought that I would not have the time to devote to this method of coaching but I was wrong. I have a two year old, work full time, and my partner has the opposite schedule. Sarah was very flexible and we worked out specific time each week where I could devote my full attention to the coaching sessions.
I think that many people have a lot of issues they want to address, sometimes they feel overwhelmed and cannot figure out exactly what is going on with them. My favorite part of the coaching was being able to have someone help me “pin point” the issues I wanted to address. Sarah was great at helping me through this process.
I feel like I am more organized. I felt like I could not keep up with life demands before starting. I also feel that I am more accepting of my mental health, I will have days that I feel overwhelmed, stressed, tired, mentally drained…. and that is okay. I acknowledge how I feel and move on from it. Not everyday is going to be perfect, nor am I 🙂
Sarah is patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and committed to her clients. She really wants to help her clients become better people and help them meet their goals.
I wasn’t sure what I was really going to get out of coaching sessions but I think that was because I really had no idea what to expect. In the sessions I have had with Sarah, I received helpful insights into some areas that have been holding me back. Our time together was always productive and informative.
I really liked the “homework” assignments from Sarah because they provided me with the opportunity to put into practice some of the concepts that were discussed in our meetings. They also forced me to step away from the day to day stress to regroup and relax.
I think I have a much better framework for how I can get through some roadblocks that were making me feel stuck. This was especially helpful as I planned my goals for the new year.
Sarah was very respectful of my privacy and made me feel at ease to share what I was comfortable with sharing.
Sarah is kind, professional, respectful and knowledgable. You will be in good hands with her as your coach!
I was hesitant to see If our appointments would be effective. And they really were!!! Sarah is very open and approachable and her ability to rephrase and construct feedback was spot on!
Sarah has an ability to see a situation/issue and positively and kindly ask questions about it and re-route my thinking or attitude.
I left coaching feeling inspired and refreshed. She gave new light to situations.
I felt very comfortable with her and could share anything. She was very professional and I think she found the right profession for her!!! All the best to you in the future!
My biggest hesitation was that I did not know anything about coaching and what to expect. I was very surprised and pleased with coaching. I gained a deeper understanding of myself and my life wishes working with Sarah.
My favorite part of coaching was how Sarah took what I was trying to say or figure out, condensed it, and repeated it to me. She asked illuminating questions that really helped you figure out your issues and/or goals yourself.
Sarah is someone who listens without judgement, assists you in editing down to your true values/desires. Her feedback helps you help yourself.
Sarah is a fabulous coach. She is a wonderful listener and assists you in unearthing your life goals and desires.
I left coaching with a deeper understanding of my values and the priority people in my life.
Hi Sarah, I signed up a month ago for your Self Love and 20 days of Zen.. all I can say is THANK YOU!! Since I started reading your emails I have felt so much better (in) myself! Three weeks ago I had a guy do a hit and run on my car, I was so upset, I hurt my hand and got whip lash from the impact, and the fear of having to pay out $900 for my excess on my car insurance, I was so mad and angry. How could he do this? I was just minding my own business waiting at a traffic light! I allowed myself that day to be pissed off! But the next day I decided I am going to put some of what I had been reading in your emails into action, and started to just say to myself, I can’t do anything about this person, all I can do is focus on myself, get my car fixed and see an osteopath about my injuries.
I wasn’t going to let this jerk affect me any more than he had already. It instantly helped me feel calmer, and less anxiety about the whole situation. I have continued this thought process and guess what? The universe has rewarded me! The guy came forward to my insurance company last week and is owning up to his mistake, so now I don’t have to pay to get my car fixed!
I know this might be a little silly, but I honestly feel like because I let all the shit feelings go, and just focused on what needed to be done, everything fell into place. I am not saying this is going to happen every time something shitty happens. But if I could get through this, I feel like this was a really good step forward that will help me going forwards in life.
I suffered really bad with anxiety, over the last 5 years I have come off medication (for the anxiety), but my coping systems were pretty shit. I basically was still having panic attacks except now I don’t take medicine! But after only a month of reading your really wise words, I feel way more in control. What you say really speaks to me. I have made a conscious effort to stop thinking “what if”, I now say to myself, “there is no what if, there is only what is”. Just 10 little words, but it’s like a mantra for when shit gets crazy! I just keep repeating it in my head, until I actually listen to myself… and it really helps! So, anyway, I just wanted to say a big thank you to you! I am so glad I stumbled upon your website
